- Comprehensive Initial Psychiatric Evaluation of about 60 minutes with psychoeducation, and treatment plan recommendations.
- Follow-up appointment of about 30 minutes of medication management and supportive therapy, medications changes if required with patient's approval.
- Objective diagnostic process and treatment plan; help to understand disease process and symptoms presentation with appropriate medications case-specific for individuals so as to get patients on the right medications.
- Preventive Mental Health screening and Integrative Psychiatry
- Shared-Decision making process with patients' preference and values
- Patient-centered Framework
- Cultural Competence: able to interact successfully with patients from various ethnic and cultural groups, respecting people's cultural beliefs and values.

Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans, billed through Headway including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareFirst, Cigna, Osca Health, United Healthcare, and Oxford . Contact us to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
Medicaid/Medicare/Tricare are not accepted for now.

I utilize medication management, psychotherapy and patient-centered approach to help you achieve mental wellness. We utilize bunch of medications with proven positive outcome for your needs scientifically.

How do I join telehealth appointment? Via secured encrypted EMR, with internet connection. Please dress same way like you are coming to office appointment.
How do I reach you? Book appointment on this website, through the portal after securing appointment. By phone call or text to my secured line and secured email. Response within 1-2 business days.
How confidential are my appointments? We follow the HIPPA rule to ensure confidentiality except healthcare law that requires us to reveal information about safety, insurance company, pharmacy, and other covered entities by law.
